Single-phase cables plug into an EV charging station and will operate on both a single-phase and three-phase electricity supply, however the maximum output they can receive will be 7.4kW through a 32 Amp cable. Please check which kind of connection your vehicle requires from the below options… Type 1 Vehicles – These vehicles will have 5 connection points plus one clip in connection above. Type 2 Vehicles – These vehicles will have 7 connection points 2 Year Warranty If your product is faulty and within warranty, please contact us with a description of the fault, your order number, name and address and we will try to resolve the issue. In most cases a fault can be diagnosed and resolved over the phone or via email. We might ask for short video or photograph to help us identify the problem. If we are unable to resolve the issue then you can return the product back to us. We will then inspect and test the product. If it is found to be faulty then will either repair or replace the product. If the product is found to be faulty due to accidental damage, neglect, misuse or normal wear and tear we will not be able to exchange or refund. If your returned product is found to be in working condition, we will return the product to you at your own expense. Please make sure that your charger is always plugged directly into a plug socket and do not use extension cables. All mains sockets should be earthed and checked by a qualified electrician. If charging outside please make sure your socket is in a waterproof casing as the 3 pin plugs should always remain dry.
